At Organic Jaguar, we want you to feel as good as you look in our sustainable fashion. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items with all original tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid sustainable shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
